The brief
Most of SolvForge's client relationships run through agencies under NDA, so this one is shown without a name — the work is real, the client isn't identifiable. The business offers virtual-assistant and call-answering services: a dedicated phone number, call handling and message taking, calendar and appointment management, billing and collections, and event RSVP coordination, aimed at busy professionals and small businesses who need front-office support without hiring in-house.
They needed a site that explained a fairly broad service list clearly, built by a team that would also keep it running afterward — not a one-off build handed off with no support plan.
What we built
- A marketing site structured around the service catalogue — call answering, virtual assistant plans, billing/collections, RSVP handling — each explained clearly enough for a visitor to see which plan fits their business.
- A responsive layout built to hold up across the mix of devices a busy-professional audience actually uses.
- A contact/inquiry path suited to a services business where most conversions start with a conversation, not a checkout.
How we've run it
This has been a hosting-and-management relationship for over two years now, not just a build:
- We host and manage the site — uptime, patching, and backups handled on our side.
- Updates and changes get made as the business's own service list evolves, without the client needing their own technical resource.
The result
Still active today, two-plus years in — the kind of long-running "we own the whole lifecycle" relationship SolvForge aims for: one team responsible for both how the site was built and how it's kept running since.
